S3 containers for heteroscedasticity diagnostics

Source: man/hetero_test_suite.Rd ยท Help: ?hetero_test_suite

Collections of heteroscedasticity test results returned by runHeteroTests. A hetero_test_suite is a simple named list of htest objects with additional metadata. When diagnostics are evaluated on grouped data, the returned object inherits from hetero_grouped_suite and contains one hetero_test_suite per group along with the grouping keys.

Details

These classes are primarily useful for method dispatch (e.g. the broom tidiers and autoplot() methods). Users typically interact with the objects via print() and summary() (see summary.hetero_test_suite), generics::tidy(), generics::glance(), generics::augment() and ggplot2::autoplot().

Attributes

A hetero_test_suite carries attr(, "tests"), the names asked for; attr(, "model"), the model tested; attr(, "data_source"), the class of the data, or NA; and, since 0.16.0, attr(, "model_origin") when runHeteroTests fitted the model itself: "formula" when it was given a formula, "group" for the refit of the model within a group of a grouped run, and "survey" for the fit to the data of a survey design (runSurveyHeteroTests). The call of such a model names variables of the runner rather than the caller's, so summary() shows its formula instead. A suite of a model you fitted has no model_origin. A hetero_grouped_suite carries attr(, "group_keys") and attr(, "tests").
